Projects

BizPacks.com

An autoresponder/followup system, BizPacks Pro is my first project, back then it was called MailPacks, but I changed the name later to BizPacks as it contained more features than just an autoresponder.

FullyBiz.com

Fully automated shopping cart system, my first monthly service project, I hate to get paid for services but the site needs great resources and money can provide that :)

Feedoor.com

My first Free service, Feedoor is a service for Feed management, still in BETA and still working on it, hope people will like it as I do, wish me luck :)

  2. Salam Gaith, I’m happy too to see someone like you too, I just visited your blog and liked what you’re writing about.

    To answer your questions

Yes, I’m from Jordan and I live in Jordan too

I know Mysql but I don’t know PHP, I can handle some PHP configurations though.

All my projects done in Perl, I’m a LAMP guy
LAMP means “Linux, Apache, Mysql and Perl” P in LAMP can be short for Perl or PHP but for me it’s just Perl :)

  3. salam mamod, and thank you, i am interested in your current startup Feedoor.com to tell you the truth i have not tried it yet lol but i will now.

i would like to offer you my help in professionally marketing it and do a PR strategies for it.
do u have competition if yes who are they? and how r u different?

Please email me so we can discuses farther.

As for having an Arabic version for your service i do recommend that, and also adding support to all major international langauges. Allot of people want to use the web in their native language along with English, or bc they do not know english very well or bc they have zero knowledge.

For you, you will target a bigger market, help increase your users’ base.
i do not think there is such a service in arabic for example, so if you arabize it you will have the first mover advantage.

as for my blog this is one is an experimental one, i have plans for a possessional vertical blog with daily updates coming soon inshallah.

by the way i thought LAMP stands for, “Linux, Apache, MYSQL, and PHP?”

  5. Gaith, I’m not sure if you received my message but I wanted you to know that I wrote you a private message to your email address, I thought it would be better to send a message instead of writing a comment since it was too long :)
